FROM THE NORTH

Take Route 8 South to the Perkins Exit. Turn left onto Perkins. Keep to the right. Follow Perkins through one light and to the stop sign. (You can also follow the blue hospital signs). Turn right at the stop sign onto Arch Street. Turn left at the first light onto N. Forge St. Turn right into the first driveway to park. Enter the double sliding doors and continue straight to the elevators located on your right and left. Take the elevator to the first floor and follow the signs to Suite 150.

FROM THE SOUTH

Take I77 to Routh 8 North. Exit at Perkins and turn right. Follow Perkins through one light and to the stop sign. (You can also follow the blue hospital signs).
